Good to know

Allergies & dietary needs.

Good food starts with a conversation. If you or a guest has a food allergy, contact the kitchen before placing an order so we can discuss the dishes and your needs.

A shared kitchen

Our dishes share preparation areas and equipment. Allergens can transfer between foods through shared surfaces, utensils, or equipment; this is called cross-contact.

We cannot guarantee that a dish is free of allergens or traces of allergens.

Ask before you order

Email hello@youhanna.co with the foods you need to avoid, the dishes you are considering, and your event date. Wait for a response from the kitchen about whether we can accommodate your request before paying.

Checkout notes help us remember what you have discussed. A note, an available event date, or a payment confirmation does not mean an allergy request has been accepted.

Ingredients and menu descriptions

Menu descriptions highlight a dish; they are not complete ingredient or allergen lists. Please ask about the current ingredients for the specific dishes you want to order. Dietary preferences and ingredient changes also need to be discussed with the kitchen.

The nine major food allergens recognized in the U.S. are milk, eggs, fish, crustacean shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat, soybeans, and sesame. Other foods can also cause allergies. This is a general reference, not a list of allergens in any particular dish.
